Justin Lotak is currently taking a year to volunteer with environmental organizations throughout Latin America and is assisting VO-FAIR by visiting various volunteer organizations throughout his yearlong sabbatical. He was previously a Project Manager with Invenergy, a Chicago-based developer, owner, and operator of renewable power generation assets. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. www.justinlotak.com

Katelyn graduated from the University of Arizona in 2014 where she studied Spanish Literature and Psychology. She currently lives in Santiago, Chile as a professional fellow/volunteer, specifically working with an NGO that attends to youth at-risk of dropping out of school. As an undergraduate, she also volunteered with local and international organizations in the realm of youth development, education, and social action.

Bridgette Adams was our Research and Content writer working out of Los Angeles, California. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Economics from Claremont Graduate University. She also volunteers with the social entrepreneur chapter of Acumen Fund. Deeply passionate about connecting communities around the world, she eagerly contributes to discovering and recommending sustainable international volunteer opportunities. Irina Elisova was responsible for maintaining website tasks in VOFAIR's IT team - she is currently on leave from volunteering and we hope she returns soon!:) Originally from Moscow, she lived in Washington DC, USA. She holds MS in Statistics from Moscow Aviation Institute and works as a freelance Data Analyst. She loves math, dancing and traveling and enjoys being a part of warm and friendly VOFAIR team.
Camilla Warmedinger is a German/Norwegian graduated Anthropologist living in Copenhagen. She completed her Masters in ‘Sustainable Cities’ at the London Metropolitan University and has experience working as a Researcher in the area of Culture-led regeneration and Sustainable Urban Planning. She has contributed as a Journalist for non-profits and has a strong interest in Public Art and City Identity.
Camilla Atkinson is VOFAIR’s Online Marketing Coordinator, from the UK. She has a BA in Politics from Newcastle University and an MSc in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam. Having worked with a humanitarian charity in Amsterdam and an inter-cultural NGO in Berlin, she is now learning German full-time and volunteering with VOFAIR’s Public Outreach Team. All too familiar with the consequences of lacking transparency and voluntourism, she is passionate about promoting positive volunteering.
Zachary Maas, originally from the US, but based in Europe (Spain and Belgium), has a MSc degree in the Culture of Peace, Conflict, Education, and Human Rights. He is also an English teacher and enthusiastic volunteer.
Alex, originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, is based in New York since 2012. He has travelled the world working as an interpreter, including most of Latin America, and spent four months living in Guatemala. Alex holds a degree in Linguistics and has recently graduated from Fordham University in New York with a Master’s in International Political Economy and Development. Through his studies, he became very interested in economic development and empowerment. Alex believes in the power of volunteering and considers it a useful and enriching experience regardless of one’s life goals and ambitions
